About Me | Hull Family Photographer
Ever since I was young you would have found me with a camera in my hand, I even won competitions for my photos while at school. It is a passion that has grown and extended to my work. I knew it was what I wanted to do and seeing the joy and delight on people’s faces when they see their photos only cemented that.
I started my studio journey back in 2025 when I hired a space and set up my lights to capture some really fun and lovely family photos. As my work has grown, so has my space and now you can find my studio on Cottingham Road with a large selection of props and backdrops.
This portrait of me was taken in the studio on a photography development course. I ensure that I am up to date on the latest skills and techniques, this helps me keep at the top of my game and ensure that I capture the best shots of you and your family. You can pick from so many photographers but if you choose me you can know that I’m consistently developing and producing quality photos each session.
When I have some free time, I enjoy watching a movie (usually Star Wars or superhero related) but I also love strategy games, and I think it helps me plan and manages my time which is only a good thing when running a photography business. Taking time out with my family is important and helps me to rest and relax so I am ready for the next wedding or photoshoot. We spend time walking through the countryside or around an old English Heritage castle; it is much more acceptable to have sword fights when you have two little girls to duel with.
Talking about family, mine are brilliant and they are the ones who I work hard for. My wife, Lauren and our two daughters. Lauren is supportive and a person who isn’t afraid to tell me the truth; this pushes me on and helps me strive to be the best I can be.
So there is a little about me, I love to chat about you at our session, so why not book a session and I can capture some treasured memories of you and your family in my studio on Cottingham Road or on location if you prefer. Please do get in touch if you have any questions.
